Refund Policy – Align Nova

1. Returns Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, we cannot accept any returns.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the original condition, including packaging and tags.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at support@alignnova.com to begin the return process. Returns require approval beforehand—items returned without prior authorization will be declined.

4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, including tracking.

  • Use a shipping method that includes tracking to ensure safe delivery.

  • Once we receive your return and confirm it's in acceptable condition, we will proceed with the refund.

5. Processing Refunds

  • After inspection and approval, we will refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days after approval, contact us at support@alignnova.com.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Clear photos (and optionally a short video) showing the issue,

  • Your order number.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or discuss further options.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishables (e.g. food, flowers, plants),

  • Custom or personalized items,

  • Personal care products,

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,

  • Sale items and gift cards (these are final sale).

8. Liability After Delivery

Once the package is delivered to the address you provided, any post-delivery issues—such as theft or damage—are no longer our responsibility, including any claims against the carrier.
